Welcome To Our Laboratory

In 1983  Agri Analysis, Inc. purchased its first Near Infrared Reflectance System (NIRS) and changed the forage testing industry forever. In fact, Agri Analysis, Inc. was the first to stand-alone with this technology in the world.  History has shown that by coupling the NIRS testing method with one day availability for results, animal production has steadily increased.  Most important, the animals overall health has improved.

In 1989, we expanded into a full service Agricultural and Horticultural  testing laboratory.  Today, Agri Analysis, Inc. occupies well over 12,000 square feet of laboratory space which consists of a 4,000 square foot Wet Chemistry Laboratory, 2,500 square foot Agronomy Facility and 1,500 square foot Feed and Forage Laboratory.  Our Laboratory is located in Leola, Pennsylvania.

Agri Analysis Inc. maintains one of the best Feed Forage, Water, Manure, Soil and Plant Tissue Testing Laboratories on the East Coast.

The primary equipment used in our laboratory includes the following: A research grade model 6500 NIRS, considered to be the best on the market, an ICP used to measure any mineral required for testing, Ankom Daisy II Incubator used to measure the digestibility of forage and the Ankom 200 Fiber Analyzer used to measure the true percent of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) in forage and feed.  These instruments are just a sampling of the equipment used to assay any type of product.

Technology is increasing at a high rate of speed and so is our capability of producing data.  Customized reports are now common and data collection is becoming an everyday topic.  Agri Analysis, Inc. has leaped into the electronic age and now offers the first of its kind Organizational Data Keeping System designed to not only save time and money but has also repeatedly made our customers money.

How? By turning data into useful information.  Data collection stored in a variety of ways can be organized by the grower or producer and by geographic area used to document trends.  Data is available in spreadsheet form, either excel or access and can be sorted by quality or analyte statistics used to provide important ranking and much more.

All of our testing service results are available within 24 - 72 hours.  Test results are distributed via fax, e-mail or conventional mail.  Sample results are also available through our website and can be posted daily to a customer specific secure web page where reports can be downloaded and printed at your convenience.
